The path of the cane has had some westward movement on the models...but still all still have the same general path north and east into or around Nova Scotia .
but the problem will of course be the surf and the high astronomical tides, and yes some wind..
As you can see from this NASA page Bill has a very wide area of hurricane and tropical storm force winds, tropical storm winds over 230 miles wide.... View this NASA page, for further info and
of course keep current with the National Hurricane Center and your local NWS office on all weather forecasts watches and warnings.
